How it works

2. Customers verify and sign
They fill in their details, sign on their phone and confirm with a code sent to their email. No account needed, and customers never pay.
3. Everyone gets the signed PDF
The signed document is emailed to you and to your customer. On Online records it is also stored and searchable.

Questions
What is the difference between the two plans?
Email (R49 a month) emails the signed PDF to you and your customer and keeps nothing on the platform. Online records (R99 a month plus R1 per completed signature) emails both copies and also stores every signed indemnity so you can search, download and resend it.
What counts as a signature for the R1 fee?
Only a completed, verified signing. Each participant on a family or group signing is one signature. Opening a link, scanning a QR code or abandoning a form never counts.
Is a verified email the same as proving who signed?
No. The code proves the signer had access to that inbox when they signed. Agree does not verify identity, and nothing here is legal advice or a legal clearance. Ask your own adviser whether your wording suits your needs.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from Plan & usage. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for. The final month's signature usage is billed once, then the plan closes.
